Troop 5 Scoutmaster Announcements – Sep 1, 2026

Congratulations to Connor G who was selected as Troop 5’s next Senior Patrol Leader. We are looking forward to your leadership over the next 6 months.

We have completed our initial registration for our September 18-20th campout at the NAS Oceana Air Show for those who responded Yes on the paper and/or online RSVP forms. If your scout would like to attend, we can still add them; just let me know.

Please also plan to attend Evan’s and Gavin’s Eagle Scout Court of Honor at 12pm on Saturday, September 12th at the church. Look for more details to come from their families soon.

Thank you also to everyone who helped Chase with his Eagle Scout project this past Saturday.

A reminder that you can always view our full troop calendar (both interactive and PDF versions) on our website at https://www.troop5norfolk.com/calendar/.

Thanks everyone,

Scott
